On December the 27^th, 2022, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sombat Kotchasit, Acting VRU President, joined the meeting to acknowledge the corporation between Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage and Sa Kaeo Provincial Administrative Organization with related university staff and managers, by having Mrs. Kwanruen Thianthong, President of Sa Kaeo Provincial Administrative Organization as the host of the meeting.

The meeting was held on the 3^rd floor of Sa kaeo Provincial Administrative building, Sa Kaeo Province.
