On February the 15^th, 2023, Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage held the wreath placing ceremony as a remembrance to H.R.H. Princess Valaya Alongkorn, the founder of Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage, having Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sombat Kotchasit, Acting President, as a leader of all faculties and university staff over outside and inside university as placing wreaths. The remembrance ceremony is held every 15^th day of February, as the day H.R.H. Valaya Alongkorn passed away.   

H.R.H. Princess Valaya Alongkorn was born on April the 16^th, 1884, she founded Petchburi Witthayalongkorn Teacher Training School (which is currently known as Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University) on the 4^th of June, 1932, with the purpose to create teachers from Bachelor to Doctor degree, and it also acted as a public school for everyone.
